SOP FOR OUTBOUND SHIP SERVICES AT PUBLIC TERMINALS

  1. Service users report ship berthing activities to the berthing officer that loading and unloading activities will end.
  2. The berthing officer coordinates with the PBM and BM supervision officer and then reports the ship berthing activity to the Terminal Coordinator no later than 6 hours before the end of the activity.
  3. Receive BM activity report from the berthing officer. If the activity requires additional time, the shipping company submits a request for additional berthing time to the Terminal Coordinator.
  4. Based on the report of the berthing officer and BM supervisor, the Terminal Coordinator calculates the length of the ship's berth through form 2A1.
  5. Form 2A1 is uploaded to the BSIMS system and then the service user approves the activity. If there are still data input errors, the service user asks the Terminal Coordinator to correct them. Once corrected, the Terminal Coordinator asks the service user for approval again.
  6. After the approval process by the service user, the verification officer checks the activity data based on the uploaded documents for the subsequent invoice issuance process by Bag. Finance.
  7. Receive documents from the verifier for invoice issuance and then submit to the agent/service user.
  8. Receive invoice from Bag. Finance, then the agent submits the paid invoice to the Terminal Coordinator as a basis for the ship to leave the port.

SOP FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING SERVICES AT PUBLIC TERMINALS

  1. The loading and unloading company / service user submits a loading and unloading activity plan no later than 1×24 hours to the Coordinator. Terminal.

  4. The officer conducts a process of analysis, evaluation and field checks on the object to be rented.
  5. The officer reports the results of the analysis, evaluation and checking to the Director of Asset Utilization.
  6. If the results of the analysis, evaluation and checking meet/do not meet the requirements, the application letter will be answered by a notification letter to the applicant.
  7. If the leased object based on the results of analysis, evaluation and checking has met the requirements, it will be followed up with the drafting of a lease agreement.
  8. If the draft lease agreement has been agreed by both parties, it will be followed up by signing the lease agreement.
  9. Based on the lease agreement, an Invoice will be issued and submitted to the Renter to be paid to the designated Bank.
  10. The tenant submits proof of invoice payment to the clerk and then the Minutes of Handover are made.

  6. Minutes of the review and evaluation of the Tersus development plan by the Syahbandar at the nearest port and the Local Navigation District which at least contains:
    • Data on berthing/mooring facilities;
    • Geographical coordinates of at least 4 (four) points, namely 2 (two) points on the dock/water side and 2 (two) points on land;
    • The plan for the entry and exit of the Special Terminal and the plan for the placement of Navigational Aids;
    • Environmental permits in accordance with statutory provisions;
  1. The applicant submits the application through the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) counter at the Public Service Mall (MPP);
  2. The front office officer receives the application, checks the requirements and documents, if complete the officer provides proof of receipt and the document is forwarded as an incoming letter to the Director, if incomplete it is returned to be completed;

  10. Head of Business Licensing Services to Support Business Activities disposes to staff for processing;
  11. The processing staff drafts the license letter and submits it to the Head of Business Licensing Services to Support Business Activities for his signature;
