RSBP Batam again recorded achievements at the national level with the receipt of the Indonesian Best Golden Awards 2025 in the category “The Best Reliable Hospital in Health Service Excellent of the Year.”
This award was given by the Indonesia Achievement Center at the awarding night which took place at The Alana Hotel & Convention Center Ballroom, Yogyakarta, Friday (12/12).
The Director of RSBP Batam, Dr. Tanto Budiharto, Sp.JP, FIHA, MARS was present to receive the award. Also accompanying him were Manager of Medical Services and Service Development dr. Frans Setiadi, Manager of Planning, Business Development and Marketing Activities Program and a number of staff.
On the occasion, Dr. Tanto said that this award is an important momentum for RSBP Batam to continue to strengthen service quality and institutional transformation amidst increasingly fierce competition for health services in Batam City, including in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) ecosystem.
“This award is a reminder and encouragement for us to continue to transform into the best hospital. RSBP Batam will continue to improve service excellence, strengthen quality, and provide greater benefits to the community. We are committed to always do the best for patients and for the advancement of health services in Batam,” said Dr. Tanto.
The Indonesian Best Golden Awards 2025 presents recipients from various sectors, ranging from educational institutions, social organizations, the banking world, the private sector, to professional figures from various regions in Indonesia. This activity is intended as an appreciation and motivation event for institutions and individuals who are considered to contribute positively in their respective fields.
RSBP Batam’s participation in this event is also part of the strategy to strengthen the hospital’s branding and reputation as a referral health service provider that continues to grow, adaptive, and committed to providing quality services for the people of Batam and the surrounding area.
RSBP Batam hopes that this achievement can provide motivation for all levels to continue to improve service quality, expand innovation, and carry out institutional transformation towards modern hospital standards that are superior, responsive, and oriented towards patient safety. (SFY/AP)
