The institutional arrangement is carried out by referring to the strategic needs of the organization and the development of the dynamics of BP Batam’s duties as the manager of free trade zones and free ports. Each bureau under the coordination of the deputyship is directed to have a clear division of roles, a strong coordination mechanism, and measurable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
