Badan Pengusahaan Kawasan Perdagangan Bebas dan Pelabuhan Bebas Batam (BP Batam) is the central government institution/agency established under the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 46 of 2007 with the duty and authority to carry out the management, development, and construction of the zones according to its respective functions.
